Coffee Shop Supervisor
About the role
We are looking for a friendly individual who has a passion for customer service and keen become part of our coffee shop team. You will be joining a group of highly motivated individuals in a newly established coffee shop, that we are looking to grow. This will be a customer facing role, which will include operating the till, serving customers, making drinks and food, as well as cleaning and general assistance to maintain a quality working environment. We offer a balanced working schedule that allows for family and social time; our coffee shop opening hours are Mon-Sat 9am-4.30pm (including bank holidays) and Sunday 10am-3.30pm. This is a permanent position, and would not suit summer work.
Skills and Experience Required
Food Hygiene, Allergy Awareness and COSHH certification essential, Customer Service experience, Barista experience
Role Type
Full time, permanent. 40 hrs per week including alternate weekends
