Cymbidiums have stunning flowers
They need lots of indirect light and a cool room, but once the flower stem is fully developed they can be kept at warm temperature around 20 degrees centigrade.
If the temperatures are too warm the flowers will fade.
Only keep them indoors during autumn and winter
Water once a week with rainwater and feed fortnightly
The flower spikes are heavy and will need a support stick
When the risk of frost has passed, harden off and give it a warm position outside in dappled shade
