If a product is not showing on the site we do not have it in stock at that time. It is
definitely worth checking back as we do reorder certain lines and returned products are
coming back in stock all the time. If you cannot see a product or item you require, or
have recommendation of products or brands you think we should stock then please e-mail
us or call and we will do our best.

shown is what you will pay for the goods. Delivery costs are charged as published.

and acknowledged as purchased by us, and you in the form of a receipt.
1. Upon receipt of order and clearance of payment your goods will be dispatched as outlined
in delivery options. If for any reasons goods can not be dispatched you will be informed within 2 working
days.
2. All goods are inspected for faults before leaving our stores. However, if upon receipt
of goods any item is faulty, we will gladly replace it free of charge, provided we are notified within 7
working days after receipt of goods. Simply follow the
returns procedure as outlined and return all faulty goods within 14 days after receipt of goods. All
returns are the responsibility of customer and we recommend you send all returned goods via traceable
means e.g. Recorded Delivery. All goods must be returned for us to inspect if a refund is to be given.
Please only return the faulty item(s) and not the whole delivery as this will not be accepted and you will
be charged for re-delivery.
3. All orders that are cancelled must be unopened and in the original packaging. If
the order has not been dispatched a full refund will be given. If the order has been dispatched then a
full refund will be given once we have receipt the goods.
